Our cutting-edge 10,000 square foot facility in Irvine, CA is a testament to our commitment to excellence. We offer both hybrid and discrete assembly capabilities, supported by an array of advanced test and measurement systems. Our facility boasts a 10K and a 100K lab to ensure a manufacturing environment that is not only ultra-clean but also static-free. We have embraced cutting-edge manufacturing methods to enable high-volume production, ensuring we meet the demands of even the most challenging projects.
Excellence in Quality Assurance and Control
Reliability and precision are at the core of everything we do. Microwave Dynamics operates with a Quality Management System (QMS) that is ISO Certified and AS9100 certified. We earned our AS9100:2009 Aerospace Standard Certification in March 2013 by DNV Auditors and continue to adhere to ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D standards. Our engineering and manufacturing facility in Irvine, CA has been audited in accordance with AS9104/1:2012 requirements. AS9100D represents the latest Quality Management System (QMS) standard for the aviation, space, and defense industry, based on the ISO 9001 quality management system and supported by the International Aerospace Quality Group.
